Responsibilities

As our RN, you’ll be the heartbeat of our facility, providing on-site nursing and attendant care to our incredible residents. Here’s a sneak peek of your essential duties:

Medication Maestro: Administer medications like a pro and keep our residents on track with their health.

Vital Signs Virtuoso: Take and document vital signs, ensuring everyone is feeling their best!

Medical Detective: Evaluate medical concerns and communicate with our awesome Nurse Practitioners and Doctors to provide top-notch care.

Care Plan Champion: Complete treatment plans and deliver direct nursing services that make a difference.

Chronic Condition Monitor: Keep an eye on chronic health conditions, respiratory issues, and seizures—your vigilance matters!

Record-Keeping Rockstar: Maintain accurate medical records and logs, ensuring everything is in tip-top shape.

Team Player Extraordinaire: Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary treatment team to create the best care plans for our residents.

Compliance Connoisseur: Stay on top of all regulations and reporting requirements—safety first!

Medication Manager: Ensure timely medication refills and coordinate with our pharmacy like a boss.

Equipment Coordinator: Work with our operations team to get the medical equipment you need, when you need it.

Phlebotomy Pro: If you’re skilled in phlebotomy, we’d love for you to showcase your talents!

Meeting Maven: Attend meetings and contribute your insights as a valued team member.

Qualifications

Compensation for this role ranges from $48.17 - $64.22 per hour, depending on education and experience.

We are committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation. An individual’s pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions. Additionally, we consider internal equity to ensure fairness within our organization.

  • Possess a current and unrestricted Registered Nurse License in state applying for work.
  • Experience in residential nursing a plus.

Applicable State Requirements

  • All States
    • Must pass the applicable state/agency background check required for the work location jurisdiction, prior to employment.
    • Pre-employment drug screening.
    • Must possess a current and valid CPR certification or obtain within the first 30 days of employment.
  • California
    • Minimum age is 18 years old, as a requirement for employment
    • Health screening, TB clearance, and valid CPR/First Aid, and criminal record clearance are required prior to employment.
  • Connecticut
    • Minimum age is 21 years old, as a requirement for employment.
  • Virginia
    • Must pass a Health Screening, TB test, and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Washington
    • Minimum age is 18 years old, as a requirement for employment
    • Must pass a Health Screening, TB test, and pre-employment drug screening.
